Meet the Developers

Ken Johnson, Ph.D.

Endowed Chair of Real Estate and Professor of Finance

Dr. Johnson is a well-known scholar with numerous peer reviewed publications on the U.S. housing market, real estate brokerage, transactional real estate, mortgage markets, and real estate investment.

Eli Beracha, Ph.D.

Dr. Eli Beracha has over 20 years of practical real estate experience. Over the years, he served as a consultant for real estate funds that manage billions of dollars, advise on development projects, acquisition and disposition decisions, portfolio allocation and wealth management.
